Upper School Academic Awards

The  end of year Academic Awards Presentation will take place on Tuesday, May 16.  The middle school program will begin at 8:05 a.m.  The high school program for grades 9-11 will begin immediately following the middle school program around 9:30 a.m.  Parents are invited to attend.

This awards presentation is different from the Honor Roll Recognition at the end of the semester.  Two types of certificates are presented at the end of year Academic Awards event.  The first type is the Founders Award for the highest average in an academic course for the school year.  The second type is the Faculty Award for diligence, attitude, aptitude, and/or overall improvement in an academic course.  Only two to three Faculty Awards are presented per course.

Please see the link provided for a list of students receiving awards.  If you have any questions, please contact Tollie Ediger (tediger@wcalions.org).
