Continuous Enrollment: FAQ

Continuous Enrollment means that once you sign your child’s new enrollment contract, they will remain enrolled at Westminster through graduation—unless you notify us otherwise. Your child’s spot is automatically reserved each year, and you no longer need to complete annual re-enrollment paperwork.

We’re introducing Continuous Enrollment to make life simpler for our families and to strengthen our partnership with you. With a 97% re-enrollment rate, we know how committed you are.

This change:

  • Eliminates repetitive yearly forms and deadlines.
  • Guarantees your child’s spot for the following school year
  • Helps the school plan effectively for staffing, class sizes, and resources
  • Reflects our shared commitment to a long-term Christian education journey

This year, you will:

  • Complete your final re-enrollment packet as usual.
  • Sign the new Continuous Enrollment Contract in January.
After that, your child’s enrollment will automatically renew each year—no new contracts or re-enrollment forms will be required.

Yes. Tuition and fees will still be reviewed and updated annually. Each January, you’ll receive a State of the School Update that includes:

  • The tuition schedule for the upcoming school year
  • The opt-out deadline if your family’s plans are changing

Yes, but with a new and simpler structure. Instead of billing a traditional re-enrollment fee, Westminster will now bill a registration fee of $100 per student, with a $350 family cap.

This registration fee will be billed automatically at the end of the opt-out period on February 1 each year. If your family intends to withdraw for the next school year, you must complete the opt out form online by January to avoid the registration fee and tuition obligation.

You’ll still have opportunities each year to:

  • Update contact, emergency, or billing information
  • Adjust payment preferences
  • Notify us of any family or student changes

These updates can be made through [Parent Portal / FACTS / school office].

Financial aid will continue to be reviewed annually. Families applying for aid will follow the same process and timeline as before. Continuous Enrollment simply ensures your child’s placement remains secure while aid is being determined.

Yes. New families will sign the Continuous Enrollment Contract as part of their admissions process, and their child’s enrollment will renew automatically each year moving forward.

We understand that circumstances can change. If your family needs to withdraw mid-year, please contact the Admissions or Business Office as soon as possible. Your contract outlines the tuition obligations that may apply for early withdrawal.
