Inclement Weather Policy
Please know that we are closely monitoring the possibility of icy or snowy conditions later this week. We will communicate with you via text and email as soon as a decision is made regarding any possible school closure due to inclement weather. Thank you!
Upper School Honor Roll
On Friday, January 24, the Upper School Honor Roll recipients will be recognized during a special program at 8:05 a.m. in the gym. Parents are invited to attend, and coffee will be provided. A list of recipients will be published next week. Invitations will not be emailed, so please be sure to check the list. Contact Tollie Ediger (tediger@wcalions.org) with any questions.
Honor Roll Criteria
Principal's List: Must have a 90 or better in every academic course in the standard curriculum.
Honors List: Must have an overall academic average of 89.5 or better in the standard curriculum with no individual course grade lower than an 80.
(The standard curriculum includes the following courses: English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Foreign Language, and Bible.)
Save the Date ~ Father-Daughter Dance
Mark your calendars for Westminster's annual Father Daughter dance! This year's event is coming up quickly on Saturday, February 8th. Please look for dance details and ticket information in next week's announcements.
WCA Volleyball Feeder Program
We are thrilled to introduce our new feeder volleyball program!
Goals for the Program:
- #1 focus is to develop their skill level
- Build confidence, momentum, work on skills
Leaders of program:
- WCA Volleyball Coaches
- JV/Varsity athletes the opportunity to coach
The Details:
- Registration: Please follow this link to sign up today.
- Days: Tuesday and Thursday
- Dates: February 25th through April 3rd
- Participation Fee: $75.00 (volleyball shirt included). The fees will be charged to your FACTS account the first week of the program.

WCA Spring Sport Interest Forms
If you have already filled out the necessary form(s), no further action is required!
If your MS or HS student athlete(s) plans to participate in a WCA spring sport, please select and fill out the correct form(s). Moving forward, athletic interest forms will be available for all spring, fall, and winter sports as we ask for one parent to complete this important requirement.

The link to register for the After-School program is now found on our website. Please follow this link or go to website (wcalions.org) and click on the "Parents" tab along the top. You should see the "After School Program" as an option with the Team Up link at the bottom of that information.
