At Westminster, we believe that every student is fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God (Psalm 139).
As the Director of Student Success here at Westminster, I devote every day to fulfilling the mission of our school by partnering with Christian families to equip all students with the knowledge and skills to fulfill God's unique purpose for their lives.
My background is in Special Education, and I previously taught in a local public school system. When I was first approached by our Head of School about this position, I was deeply impacted by his vision for our Student Success Program. He expressed that Westminster desires to provide a Christian education for whole families, even if one child learns differently. When he said that, he was describing my family.
We have two children who could be described as typical learners, and we have one child with multiple learning differences. Our family desired that all three of our children receive a Christian education, and through the implementation of the Student Success Program, this was possible.
