Back to School Bash & Football Kickoff Night
Make your plans now to join us for our Back to School Bash 2022 on Friday, August 19th. Bring your tailgate picnic and join us for a time of fun and fellowship followed by cheering on our Lions at our first game of the season. Go Lions!
Lunch Program Begins August 15th - Place your orders now!
Westminster is pleased to work with local vendors to provide our families with the opportunity to order lunches for their student(s).
The WCA lunch program for the new school year will begin with deliveries on Monday, August 15th, and you can place your orders now on the website, Boonli.com. The deadline for August lunch orders will be Thursday, August 11th at 9 am. Throughout the school year, lunch orders will open for a week, Wednesday to the following Thursday @ 9 am, usually the third week of the month and be highlighted in the weekly announcements.

If you have an existing Boonli.com account, your log-in will remain the same. *Please note, existing account holders have to update profiles for each student before you can access the menus.
If you are new to the WCA community, or if this is your first time placing an order, please follow these steps:
- Go to Boonli.com
- Click the link to “Register” at the top of the page
- Enter the password for our school - WCA319
- Follow prompts to complete your registration including creating profiles for each of your students.
- Make your lunch selections and place in your cart.
- Be sure to check out and pay after you've made your selections. Your order is not placed until it's paid for!

WCA Athletics Family Pass
WCA offers the opportunity for families to purchase an annual athletic pass which covers all regular home game entry fees for every sport for the entire school year. The Annual Family Pass which includes parents and siblings (non-WCA students) is $200. Grandparents may be added to the pass for an additional $75. Supply Lists, Uniform Guidelines, Academic Calendar & More
The "Parents" tab on the WCA website, WCALions.org, is the central place to find much of the information you'll need to get the school year started smoothly. In addition to class supply lists, WCA academic calendar, summer reading and course requirements, you'll find the current student handbook and uniform guidelines.
Upper School Technology
Westminster requires all 8th through 12th grade students to have a personal laptop each day. The goal is to give students the opportunity to learn how to utilize technology appropriately and effectively while enhancing their education experience. Please follow this link to learn more and access upper school technology requirements.
WCA School Store
The WCA School Store is where you will find all things "Lions" including PE uniforms required for upper school students. The store is fully stocked with your favorites and soon to be favorite items and will be open in the upper school gym as follows during Back To School week:
Tuesday, August 9th, Meet the Teacher Open House 9 am - Noon
Wednesday, August 10th - 7:45 am - Noon
Thursday, August 11th - 7:30 am - 8 am
Be sure to stop by and check out what's new. The store accepts cash, check and card payments. Beginning the week of the 15th, the store will resume normal operating hours of Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:30 until 8 am. See you there!
Lands' End School Uniforms
Lands' End is the chosen uniform supplier for WCA including logo items required for Lower School students.
Follow this link - Lands' End School Uniform Site - to go directly to Lands' End School Uniform site. Click on the "shop your school" link and from there you can access the WCA uniform items by either searching using WCA's preferred school code - 900052127 or entering WCA's name in the search bar.
WCA Online Uniform ReSale
Do you have outgrown uniforms you'd like to sell or do you need the next size up? There is a Facebook group - WCA Clothing ReSale - to facilitate this process. All you need to do is search for the group by name, request to join and buy and/or sell as you wish!
WCA Traffic Circle ~ It's a busy place.
The WCA traffic circle is a very busy place during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. It's important that we all follow WCA guidelines to ensure the safety of our students and parents.
Please remember and abide by the following:
- Always drive slowly when entering and exiting the traffic circle.
- Drivers should not have phones in their hands.
- Pull all the way around the circle as directed by the safety patrol.
- At no time should parents exit their vehicles.
- Students should exit from the right side of their vehicle.
- Avoid having elementary aged children retrieve items from the back of the vehicle where they might not be easily seen by someone in a larger vehicle. Please have your students things with them in the vehicle.
