Westminster Christian Academy will kick off the new school year with our Back to School Open House on Monday, August 7th. This event will be a time to get student schedules, meet the teachers, drop off school supplies, buy spirit wear and PE uniforms and much more!

The Class of 2017 will move their tassels from one side to the other on Friday evening, May 19th. Westminster Christian Academy’s graduation ceremonies will begin at 7 pm at Grace Fellowship Church in Watkinsville. Following graduation, graduates and guests will be honored by a reception hosted by the current junior class and their families.
The end is in sight for school year 2016-2017! To celebrate a great year together at Westminster Christian Academy, our annual End of School Year Bash is being held tomorrow night!
After their decisive 7-0 win against Cherokee Christian Tuesday, WCA’s varsity soccer team is headed to the state championship game this Friday! The Lady Lions will play against Unity Christian for the state title beginning at 3:30 pm at the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. Take a road trip and support our Lady Lions as they battle for a first place finish to their season. Go Lions!
WCA’s Middle School Robotics team closed out their inaugural season by finishing runner-ups in GICAA state competition last Saturday! Team members work in groups of 3-4 to build and program robots using Legos.

The John Andrew Chapter of the Daughter’s of the American Revolution recognized two Westminster students on Sunday, April 9th. David Lanclos was chosen as the Westminster senior who exhibited good citizenship, patriotism and love for American History. Annslee Mitchell was recognized as both the Oconee County and the District winner of the 5th grade essay contest. Annslee wrote her essay on the following topic and presented it to the John Andrew Chapter on Sunday.
Westminster seniors left early this morning on their mission trip to Haiti along with chaperones Philip and Tiffany Haymore and Josh Roberts. They will be spending one week in Haiti ministering to the people there and return to the states on April 5th. Please be in prayer for their protection, unity and for the preparation of the hearts of the Haitian people they will be serving.
