Emma Brown signs with UNG

Senior Emma Brown, Westminster’s cross country school record holder, signed with The University of North Georgia, an NCAA Division 2 team, Thursday April 23rd. Emma has earned a scholarship to run both cross country and track for UNG, and her acceptance to the program makes her one of Westminster’s highest competing college athletes.

WCA Student Selected for State Honor Band

Juliet Guthrie represented Westminster Christian Academy on the 2015 Georgia Music Educators Association District 15 Middle School Honor Band.  Following auditions in December Juliet was one of only two sixth graders selected to fill the thirteen seats for flute.  Ninety-three band members were selected from the fifteen county district.
