This fee is due with the first monthly installment. Monthly installments will begin in June and will be payable through April.
Tuition Discounts
Families enrolling more than one student will be given a tuition discount. The oldest student in a family will be considered the first student and will pay full tuition. Discounts for additional students are as follows:
$275 a year for the second child in Kindergarten - Twelfth grade
$350 a year for each additional child in Kindergarten - Twelfth grade
$150 a year for the second or each additional child in preschool
Application Fees And Deposits
Application fee and deposit must accompany each application.
Each New Student: $150.00 ($75 application fee and $75 deposit)
Each Re-enrolling Student: $50.00
The $75 application fee is nonrefundable. The $75 deposit will be refunded if the student is not accepted to WCA.
The deposit will be deducted from the student’s final tuition installment or refunded in May if the tuition was prepaid, provided the student completes the school year. Early withdrawal for any reason forfeits the deposit.
Please note: The entire tuition or the first three monthly tuition installments (including the yearly management fee) must be paid on or before the student’s first day of school, regardless of when he/she enrolls. The first three monthly tuition installments or 3/11 of the total tuition are nonrefundable even if a student withdraws prior to the first day of school. Parents are obligated to pay for the entire school year if a student withdraws after his/her first day of class, regardless of when he/she enrolls.
We desire that no student be denied a Westminster education on the basis of finances alone. For families who qualify, some assistance may be available. Although the school's financial aid fund is modest, students who cannot afford full tuition should not hesitate to apply for admission. The need for assistance will not be considered in the admissions process. Financial aid applications may be submitted along with an application for admission; however, the admissions process must be completed before an applicant can be considered for aid. Westminster uses the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) to determine a family’s financial need. This reported need is the basis on which financial aid may be awarded to admitted students. SSS financial aid applications are available through the Admissions Office. Because financial aid funds are awarded in mid-April and the SSS requires a three-week processing time, applications must be submitted to the SSS no later than March 15 (postmark date). Applications submitted after March 15 can be considered for minimal assistance only.
