Available Monday through Friday, from 2:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. for students in kindergarten through sixth grade, Westminster's After- School Program is designed to assist parents in providing their children with a safe and educational experience as an extension of the school day.
Children will participate in a variety of activities including science projects, community service, gardening, arts and crafts, games and special programs provided by the local community.
Donna Miller, who also serves as a kindergarten and first grade teaching assistant, heads the program. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in therapeutic recreation from Georgia Southern University and has worked with small children in the recreation and healthcare sectors, as well as with adults in the recreation sector for 20 years.
